At Knit Lab, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently, no matter where you are. Below are the details of our shipping options and policies for customers in the United States.

Delivery Options (U.S. Customers)

We currently offer two delivery methods for orders shipped within the United States:

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 15–28 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Free on orders over $350 (discount applied automatically at checkout)
  • Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons and promotional events.
  • Express Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
  • Additional time may be required during promotional sales or high-demand periods.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Russia

  • Please note: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
    All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and packed (typically within 24 hours on business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • A tracking link
  • Estimated delivery details

You can also view your tracking information by logging into your Knit Lab account.

Kindly note: Tracking details may take a few days to become available, especially during busy seasons.

Taxes & Duties

  • All taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and are itemized at checkout.
  • Knit Lab ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis:
  • Product prices displayed do not include import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes.
  • These charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

After placing your order, we will email you to confirm your acceptance of these terms. For estimates on applicable taxes and duties, please consult your local customs office.
