B2B Ordering Policy

1. Minimum Order Value: Wholesale and bulk orders require a minimum order value of AED 2,000.
2. Payment Terms: Orders must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved accounts may receive credit terms 30 days subject to Knitlab’s discretion.
3. Lead Time: Standard lead time is 7–21 days depending on product type and order size. Large or customized orders may require additional time.
4. Custom Orders: Custom designs, packaging, or branding are available upon request. A deposit may be required for customized production.
5. Shipping: Delivery costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination. Buyers are responsible for import duties/taxes outside UAE.
6. Returns: Due to the nature of bulk supply, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods, reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Volume Discounts: Tiered discounts available on larger orders (e.g., 5% off for orders above AED 5,000, 10% off above AED 10,000).
9. Exclusive Partner Pricing: Registered B2B clients receive special wholesale pricing not available to retail customers.
10. Seasonal Promotions: Additional discounts and bundles available during promotional periods.
11. Loyalty Benefits: Repeat B2B buyers may qualify for priority production slots, extended payment terms, and exclusive product previews.
