Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Knit Lab, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and box
  • Returns must be shipped using the same delivery service used for the original order
  • Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was delivered (e.g., U.S. orders must be returned from the U.S.)
  • All items must be returned in one package
  • Customized items are not eligible for return
  • Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Return and exchange shipping fees (including import charges) are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or defective items may be returned at no cost to you.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please allow 7–21 business days (depending on peak periods) for your return to be reviewed and processed after it reaches our facility
  • If your return is not accepted, the item will be shipped back to you at your own expense

Once your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before processing begins
  • If cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
