About Payment

Returns & Refunds

  1. For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (including Bed Toppers, Quilts, Pillows, Pillow Protectors, and Mattress Protectors) are non-refundable unless faulty.
  2. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
  3. Returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days once the returned product has been inspected.

  2. Each order you place is a separate and binding agreement between you and Knitlab.co.
  3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless permitted under our Returns Policy.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders (in which case any payment received will be refunded in full).
  5. Ownership of products transfers to you once they are handed over to the delivery agent.
  6. Your consumer rights under applicable UAE law (or insert your jurisdiction if different) remain protected.

  8. If you are a registered Knitlab member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  9. If Knitlab suffers any loss due to your breach of these terms, you agree to indemnify us for that loss if requested.
